Accurate Information: Provide complete and accurate personal information during registration.
Age and Experience: Employees must be at least 18 years old and possess relevant experience in their area of expertise.
Tests and Interviews: Successfully pass any required tests or interviews.
Full Cooperation: Follow all management instructions precisely.
High Quality: Deliver services at the highest possible quality.
Confidentiality: Avoid sharing client content on external platforms.
Ratings: Receiving a low rating (3 stars or less) may affect contract continuity.
Payment: Payment: Wages are transferred after ensuring the quality of work, client satisfaction with the work, and the delivery of the due amount.
Delays: Delayed deliveries will result in warnings, and repeated offenses may lead to termination.
Client Rejection: Employees will not be paid for substandard work rejected by clients, with potential contract termination.
Illegal Content: Refuse any unlawful tasks and report them to management immediately.
Professionalism: Avoid any actions that harm the platform’s reputation, with legal consequences for violations.
Collaboration in Discounts: Actively participate in offering discounts and supporting clients to improve their experience.
Contract Termination: Terminate contracts without prior notice for substandard work or terms violations.
Modifications: Failure to implement client-requested modifications may result in termination.
Intellectual Property: Restrict the use or publication of content without authorization.
Rewards and Penalties: Reward outstanding employees and penalize underperformers based on their performance.
Payment Processing: Receive payments promptly upon client approval.
